Shadow work is the practice of accepting the darkness within you.

It is important for all of us to understand that there is darkness in everyone. Working to accept that darkness is a huge step in your healing journey.

So, how do you practice shadow work?

One way is by practicing mindfulness through journaling. You can respond to shadow work prompts thoughtfully to understand yourself and your inner child better.
