You won’t believe what a difference 15-30 minutes of writing can make to improve your mindset!

Below are a few prompts to get you started:

  1. Write an elegy for your flaws.
  2. Write a love poem expressing gratitude for who you are.
  3. Write a list poem about the ways you nourish your soul.
  4. Write a poem about when you felt the most love for your body.
  5. Write an ode to your greatest weaknesses.
